Our Hotel and Cancellation Policy

Arrival/Departure

Your Thermen Chalet is available to you from 3 pm on the day of your arrival until 12 pm on the day of your departure.

New cancellation conditions to make planning your holiday risk-free:

• Cancel free of charge up to 7 days before your arrival.
• For cancellations 7 days or less before your scheduled arrival, or in the event of a no-show, we charge 90 % of the total price. In the event of late arrival or early departure, we charge 90 % of the total price of nights that have been booked and not used.

This is a special offer and is only valid for bookings until the pandemic is officially declared at an end by the Austrian Federal Government.

We know from experience that children can often unexpectedly become ill, and that the volatile situation with regard to COVID-19 can present us with additional challenges (e.g. needing to name a contact person, quarantine requirements, ...). In order to ensure you do not have to bear the costs of cancellation yourself, we recommend you take out insurance with the Europäischen Reiseversicherung company when you book. This also covers a range of COVID-19 related grounds for cancellation.

Subsequent purchase of insurance
If you do NOT take out insurance when you book your holiday, holiday cancellation cover will only apply from the 10th day after you purchase the insurance policy. During this 10 day period, therefore, you will have NO insurance cover (except for accidents, death or acts of God)!

Cash, debit card, Mastercard or Visa

Prices

Our prices include all taxes and duties except local tax (€ 2.50 per night). The latter charge is levied for each adult and each child aged 19 or over.

Non-smoking policy

All our accommodation is no-smoking.

Animals

No animals are allowed in the Thermen Chalets.

In addition to the limitations on liability in sections 11 and 12 of our General Terms and Conditions, the following limitations apply to the use of play and sports equipment in Thermen Chalets and the Chalet Park (e.g. playground, etc.):

• The use of the play and sports equipment is at your own risk. The operator of Thermen Chalets is liable only to the extent that is required and non-excludable by law.
• The operator of Thermen Chalets is not liable for any damage caused by third parties to users of play and sports equipment. Furthermore, it accepts no liability for damage to property or personal injury resulting from third parties not using the play and sports equipment carefully.
• Any damage to play and sports equipment must be reported to the operator of Thermen Chalets immediately.
